I'm a Messianic Jew with non-trinitarian beliefs meaning I don't believe that the Son of God is also God, Israel was created to try and fulfill the prophecy and the covenant of God to our ancestors that all hearts would be drawn to him, this prophetic name of God which he gives to His Children is supposed to endear us to him as Our Father.
Baruch 2:15 "That all the earth may know that thou art the Lord our God, because Israel and his posterity is called by thy name"
Hosea 11:1-2 "When Israel was a child, I loved him, and out of Egypt I called my son, but the more they were called, the more THEY went away"
John 17:6 "I have manifested your name to the people"
Deuteronomy 32:3 "For I proclaim the name of the Lord:'
Deuteronomy 32:6 "Do you thus deal with the Lord, O foolish and unwise people? Is He not your Father, who bought you? Has He not made you and established you?"
Proverbs 30:4 "Who has ascended into heaven, or descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son’s name, If you know?
Keep the Faith brethren, know that Israel will shine like a beacon of light one day and all will love her, and she will be guided by wisdom and justice, and the leaders who have led her astray and caused her to look so unruly to the rest of the world by their treacherous deeds will be dealt with. It occurred to me that what we say when we make the Sign of The Cross, it mentions that it is in the Name of The Holy Spirit, its curious that this was included, because Spirit or Soul is the hidden name of God within the non-Abrahamic faiths. Meant to draw all souls into union with their Father, which is why we have the Teraphim or Ancestor Worship, because our Souls become united with God upon our death.
Mark 8:36 "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, yet forfeit his own soul?"
This passage was making the comparison that in the other faiths, whoever discovered the name of God would be considered God themselves. A high reward, yet it is blasphemy. I have left a letter to my Cousin Magdalene concerning these scripture passages, for her to share so that she can take her place as one of the first disciples of the second coming of Christ. So I will not share them with you here.
