So if you have been reading up on my economic policy you'd know in there I planned to have children raised by nuns and the military at least on their 8th birthday. There are some who might disagree with that line of thinking but my intention was to create modern Spartans. Turns out I might be able to start earlier than I had anticipated in this little dream of mine.
